At Thomas Design Co. all of our products are custom-made and one-of-a-kind. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, is made incorrectly, or is lost during shipping. Please review the details below for more information:

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or is not as ordered, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Items: If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us to arrange a replacement.

How to Report an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at Contact@ThomasDesignCo.co within 7 days of delivery.

Be sure to include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase.

Please email Contact@ThomasDesignCo.co immediately if you need to cancel your order.
