Are your signs weatherproof?
Yes. All of our signs are crafted from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), a material used in outdoor and marine environments. Unlike wood or painted metal, HDPE will not fade, crack, peel, or warp — even in harsh sun, heavy rain, or freezing winters. Your sign is built to withstand decades outdoors without losing its beauty.

How do I install the sign?
Every sign arrives ready to mount with pre-drilled holes and stainless steel hardware, making installation quick and secure. For most homes, the process takes less than 10 minutes with a standard drill and screwdriver. Signs can also be made without pre drilled holes — some homeowners successfully use high-strength outdoor double-sided tape on smooth surfaces. Just let us know your preference when ordering.

Can I customize the design, size or font?
Absolutely. While we offer our most popular designs and sizes as standard options, we also create fully custom signs on request. Whether you need a different font, a larger format for a multi-family property, or a unique layout for your home, we’re happy to work with you. Just reach out to us and we’ll provide a custom quote.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Each sign is made to order in our NC workshop. Production typically takes 6-8 business days and ships with USPS Priority shipping -Typically a 1–4 business day transit time. If you need your sign sooner, rush options may be available — please contact us before placing your order if needed.

Do you accept bulk or HOA orders?
Yes, we regularly work with homeowners’ associations, contractors and property managers to create matching signs for neighborhoods, condos, and apartment complexes. Bulk pricing and custom layouts are available for multi-home orders, making it easy to keep a consistent, polished look across your community. Please reach out to us to begin the process for a bulk order.

What if my sign arrives damaged or incorrect
We stand behind our craftsmanship 100%. In the rare case your sign arrives damaged in transit, or if there’s an error on our end, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Since each sign is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for incorrect house numbers provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible and we can usually make the correction before production begins.
